Executive Board:
Executive Board gets elected through APDN’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for three years term with mandates to formulate and execute policy decisions, future plans and strategies and oversee overall organizational day-to-day activities. The current Executive Board comprises following members:

General Assembly:
APDN shall hold Annual General Assembly where most of the APDN’s previous, ongoing and future annual programs and activities are briefly discussed and progress reports presented before the meeting attendees. Likewise, this assembly will also formulate proper guidelines so as to achieve organization's objectives as targeted. In summary, General Assembly is responsible for policy making, inter alia formulating strategic planning, exploring fund raising ideas, and budgeting.
General Convention:
ADPN will hold General Convention in every three years with the purpose of formulating policies, and forming new of Executive Committee for next three years tenure.
Advisory Committee:
Executive Board reserves right to form Advisory Committee appointing renowned personalities with diverse backgrounds s and excellent track records. The current Advisory Committee comprises following persons:

Roster of professionals: Advisory committee may recommend the names of professionals in the roster of APDN in order to expedite the recruitment process particularly in urgent cases
