Capacity Building Program
Capable human resource is a key to peace and prosperity in any society. Lack of knowledge, skill and practices (KSP) of necessary subjects will not lead nation to sustainable peace, democracy and socio-economic development. Therefore, realizing the need of capable human resources and organizations, APDN has launched Capacity Building Program. This program is primarily targeted to national and local politicians, members of constituent assembly, bureaucrats and change agents working for peace building, governance and development sector from top to bottom level. April Movement changed the orthodox political and socio-economic edges and leading the nation toward new structure, constitution and governance. During this time, many new issues emerged which never had been known and practiced before. Therefore it was vital to know the theoretical and practical aspects of these issues for all politicians, CA members, bureaucrats and commoners as well. APDN's Capacity Building Program has been helping them to understand the transition phase, constituent assembly, federalism, peace building and state restructuring, via various training, workshop and seminars.
